As it is now, many of the youth of the village leave, once they are able, in order to find jobs in the big cities and escape the rural poverty of their ancestral home. It is our goal, however, that once these children are educated and grown that they have viable options to remain in their village and contribute to its continued development. One of the ways we intend to accomplish this goal is by creating a coaching center. Once the students have finished their primary education we will help them with college and career choice, including the ability to complete their associates degree at a virtual community college before transferring to a college away from the village to finish their degree before returning home.

We also look to help with career development, especially as some students may want to continue their family's tradition of agriculture. We will look to help these students elevate their agricultural practices, allowing their hard work to reap even greater harvests.

Career development is not exclusive for the male students. Sangrock Youth Empowerment Initiative is also currently working to establish an Usha Silai School program which will empower women in rural India to continue residing in their home villages while receiving vocational training, self-employment opportunities, and helping each women establish her own micro enterprise in order to find fulfillment in her abilities while also contributing to her family and community.
